Court dissolves marriage after woman confessed to spiritually tying husband
An Ibadan Customary Court has dissolved a 15- year- old marriage after a mother of two,Olubunmi Faseyitan admitted asking a witch doctor to spiritually tie her husband, Kolawole to milk him dry.
Delivering judgement on Thursday, the President of the Court,Chief Ademola Odunade admonished intending couples “to seek God’s approval before forging ahead” and said he dissolved the marriage for the sake of peace.
He then granted custody of the children to Faseyitan and ordered her husband to pay N6,000 monthly fee for the upkeep of the children
