Operatives of the Department of State Security and riot policemen were said to have ransacked the residence of Suspended EFCC boss, Ibrahim Magu in the federal capital territory, On Tuesday.
Reports say Magu’s official residence in maitama and his private home in Karu were searched on Tuesday.
Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami had recommended Magu’s sack last month in a memo he sent to President Buhari which ranged from diversion of recovered loot to insubordination and misconduct.
It was learnt on Tuesday night that Magu’s replacement is underway.
Magu is being quizzed by a presidential panel over allegations of misconduct.
