The Minor,Gift Osayubi, shortly after his release in Benin City on Friday, said his dream is to become the Inspector General of Police.
Osayubi was arrested for allegedly joining in the attack of the Oba Market police station in Benin City,.He took a police sergeant uniform and wore it and then declared himself as the IGP in a viral video during the protests
A human rights advocate,Kola Edokpayi who secured his release said the minor was the child of a widow and helps in hawking water for them to survive adding the boy was released after an agreement of his rehabilitation and proper training was undertaken to ensure the realisation of his dream.
