EndSARS protest goes wild in Kano as killing rend the air

Kano state on Wednesday, recorded violence protests as several persons said to be Hausas were brutally murdered in Sabon Gari area of the state.

It was gathered that trouble started when two young girls were allegedly killed at Chicken Republic,a quick service restaurant, while the assailants also burnt several vehicles in the area.

In view of the disturbances, the State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, hurriedly set up a 7 man Peace Committee to bring the situation under control.

According to him, the government is working closely with security agencies and leadership of ethnic groups in the state to maintain peaceful coexistence.
