Nigerians in France on Friday joined the ongoing protest against police brutality and other related offences .
The protesters have gone beyond demanding for justice for victims of police offences and total reforms to asking for resignation of President Muhammadu Buhari and the Inspector General of Police Mohammed Adamu for what they described as ineptitude in the management of police and bad governance.

They are also want the immediate disbandment of the new police unit SWAT that has replaced the defunct and dreaded SARS as they see it as a mere change of name without recourse to their demands for far-reaching reform.
