Two policemen have been confirmed dead in an accident in Ondo State.
According to officers of the Federal Road Safety Commission FRSC, eight other police officers sustained various degrees of injury in the accident.
The van conveying the police officers was said to be on high speed and somersaulted several times before crashing into a pavement along the airport road in Akure, the Ondo State capital, killing some of the police officers instantly.
