The police in Delta State have arrested a 33year old man who allegedly specialises in luring women to hotel rooms forcefully have his way with them and then rob them of their belonging.
The Suspect, Dominic Okwekwe is a resident of Oji area of Enugu State.
The Delta State Police Commissioner, Mohammed Hafiz Inuwa confirmed the incident and remarked,'” He will hold them hostage like kidnapping and then he will open ladies phones and forced them to transfer money into his account.We have arrested him”
