
The Nigeria Labour Congress has rejected the new pump price recommended by the Petroleum Products Price Regulatory Agency PPPRA describing it as arbitrary and public contempt of the operations of the PPPRA.
The NLC in a statement on Thursday by the President, Ayuba Wabba said that the increase in the price of petrol from N121 to 143.80 at a time businesses are struggling to cope with the consequences of covid-19 was the height of insensitivity by the government and demanded the immediate reversal of the fuel hike
