
The House of Representatives on Thursday began its debate on the Electoral Act Amendment Bill with lawmakers splitting over some aspects of the bill
The Bill which seeks to guide the conduct of future elections adopted electronic transfer of election results and successfully passed through second reading.
However, Thursday’s debate witnessed a stormy session in the House forcing the Speaker, Femi Gbajiabiamila to adjourn the session to 10.a.m on Friday.
Consequently, Gbajiabiamila , asked the leader of the house,Ado Hassan Dogowa to announce that the house would sit with the Agencies concerned to properly brief them
