Members of the dissolved All Progressives Congress loyal to former National Chairman Adams Oshiomole have said that they will seek legal interpretation to their dissolution by APC.
The group in a virtual meeting organised after the dissolution of the NWC was announced said that the NEC acted in error in sacking the National Working Committee of the party and they have concluded plans to take legal in view of the infractions.
Speaking under condition of anonymity,one of the group members said that the former National Chairman of the party should have been given asked to resign in view of his contributions to the party instead of dissolving the NWC which he led.
Meanwhile the New Caretake rExtraordinary Convention planning Committee of the APC headed by former National Secretary and Governor of Yobe State Mai Mala Buni has assumed office at the Party Secretariat in Abuja.
Governor Buni addressed a large crowd of party members and said his committee would work hard to justify the confidence reposed in them

The Caretaker Committee is to organize a National Convention within 6 months.
