The Governor of Ebonyi State,Dave Umahi has reacted to media attack by the governor of Rivers State on his defection to the All Progressives Congress ( APC).
Wike had said Umahi’s defection to the APC was driven by his desire for the Presidency and his claim for injustice in the party unacceptable.
However, speaking on Arise News on Wednesday,Umahi said Wike remote controls the PDP as the governor single- handedly made Uche Secondus the chairman of the party
Umahi said that the Rivers governor also tried to foist one of his own as the minority leader in the House of Representatives.
Arise news feed quoted Umahi as saying”Wike remote controls the party and he said that I made my brother the VC of Southeast.I fund the Southeast PDP completely”
“He!(Wike) has forgotten that he single-handedly made Secondus the PDP Chairman,.he has forgotten that he also wanted to impose one of his own as the minority leader in the House of Representatives.”
