Reports say22 out of 25 local government Chairmen of All Progressives Congress,in Niger State along with other state officials and members met on Thursday and sacked the Chairman, Jubril Imam and 2 others of their State chapter.
The two others removed are the Secretary , Mohammed Liman and Treasurer, Shafi Abdulsalami
Reacting to reports of his sack, the Chairman Jibrin Imam said that those who took the decision had no legal right right to take such decision
The Niger State Chapter was said to be embroiled in lingering crisis for over allegations of financial misappropriation which resulted in legal action.
It was learnt that the case is still in court
