
After a long period of wait and speculation, amid resolution of the political crisis,Rivers State Government has submitted a list of nine nominees for appointment as commissioners and members of the Rivers State Executive Council.
Those on the list are;
- Professor Datonye Alasia
- Mr. Tonye Bellgam
- Professor Temple Nwofor
- Dr. Peters Nwagor
- Mrs Charity Deemua
- Tamuno Williams, Esq.
- Mr. Lekue Kenneth
- Otonye TKD Amachree, Esq.
- Sir Amairigha Edward Hart
A statement signed by the Clerk of the state House of Assembly,Dr Emeka Amadi requests all nominee to submit documents required for the screening which includes 40 sets of their curriculum vitae and photocopies of their credentials and evidence of compliance with tax obligations.
“All documents should be forwarded to the office of the Clerk of the House of the Rivers State House of Assembly Quarters.” The statement added
