Nigeria’s Former President,Muhammadu Buhari has passed away
He was aged 82
His death was announced by Garba Shehu, his former Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity in a statement on Sunday evening.
Shehu said the former Nigerian leader died on Sunday afternoon in a London hospital.
Buhari was the immediate past President of Nigeria. He was elected President in 2015 and re-elected in 2019.
Buhari was also a Military Head of State between December 311983- August 27,1985.
