The Court of Appeal in Abuja has voided the order by the Federal High Court stopping Prince Secondus,a former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP from attending the party’s National Executive Council ( NEC)meetings.
Also barred from attendance by Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High court were,Sir Celestine Omehia and Rt. Hon. Austin Opara,a former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives.
But delivering three separate judgments on Friday,a panel of justices of the appellate court nullified the order by the Federal High Court stopping Secondus and the two others from attending the PDP NEC meetings.
