Nigeria’s female Basketball team, D’Tigress, has qualified for the quarter final stage at the Paris Olympics 2024 after securing 79-70 victory over Canada on Sunday
The team coached by Rena Wakama became the first ever African team ( Men and Women)to advance to the Quarter-Finals: of an Olympic game.
The D’Tigress won their first match against Australia but lost to France, the host country in their group B second match.
