UmarvBabagana ,son of Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State, Nigeria’s North East is in detention in India for allegedly killing a Chinese National over a woman.
Babagana allegedly killed the guy with a bottle at a club, current matters gathered.
It was further learnt that the Indian Government and the family of the victim are insisting that he must face the law..
