The Supreme Court has affirmed Siminilayi Fubara as Governor of Rivers state
Delivering the judgement on Thursday, a five-member panel of the court led by Justice Ibrahim Saulawa dismissed the case on the grounds that it lacked merit.
The court held that the Candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC,Mr Tonye Cole and the APC failed to prove their case with sufficient evidence
.
The determination of the suit by the Apex court concluded litigation following the March 18 Governorship election in Rivers state.
