Rivers State Governor, Siminilayi Fubara is to swear – in 9 commissioners who earlier resigned their offices and had their names re -forwarded by the governor and re- screened by members of the State House of Assembly.
The commissioners are expected to take the oath of office tomorrow ( Friday 26, January,2024, current matters reports.
The development comes hours after the Supreme Court affirmed Governor Fubara’s election victory.
Current Matters gathered that the swearing -in is billed to take place at the Executive Council Chambers, Government House in the morning.
