Rivers:Commissioners of Environment, Transport Quit Gov Fubara’s Government 

As the political crisis in Rivers state festers, more commissioners have resigned their appointments .

They are Austin Ben Chioma (Environment) and Jacobson Mbina, (Transport )

While Mbina’s resignation letter sent to governor Siminilayi Fubara was dated 14 December,2023 and citing personal and family commitment as decision for quitting the job, Chioma’s letter which had a December 15 date said the reason for resigning was personal.
