The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has sacked Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi of the All Progressives Congress APC and Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly.
Delivering judgement on Tuesday, the court held that Hon. Sa’ad Abdullahi Ibrahim , the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), was the authentic winner of the Umaisha/Ugya State Constituency election.
