Former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria CBN, Godwin Emefiele has been arraigned at a Federal High Court in Abuja.on a six – count charge bordering on alleged N1.6 Billion procurement Fraud
This reduced the original 20 count -charge to the tune of N6.5bn preferred against him.
The trial judge,Justice Hamza Yusuf adjourned ruling on Emefiele’s bail application to November 22
The judge however ordered that Emefiele be remanded in the Kuje Correctional custody.
