
Dr Jamila Bio Ibrahim37, (Kwara state)was on Wednesday screened by the Senate.
When asked by the President of the Senate what she would do for the Ministry, Jamila ,a Medical Doctor said, if confirmed as Minister of Youth affairs,her role would be “to inspire the youths “in the country. “To have a voice” in the affairs of the country.
Speaking afterwards,Akpabio said that the Ministerial nominee would not only be an inspiration to the youths but also to the female gender and then asked her to take a bow.
Meanwhile, screening of other ministerial nominees are ongoing at the red chamber.
