Premier League champions, Enyimba Football Club ( FC) has announced the sacking of their head coach, George Finidi.
Finidi ,one of Nigeria’s Super Eagles greatest Wingers,was in charge of the FC for two seasons guiding the club to a historic ninth NPL title less than a month ago.
Announcing the sack of the technical crew on Monday in a statement signed by sporting director, Ifeanyi Ekwueme, the club however, directed all the coaches to re-apply for their positions within 48 hours.
The development comes less than 2 weeks after the Abia State Government appointed former Super Eagles captain, Nwankwo Kanu as new chairman of the club.
