Court remands plane passenger who opposed Tinubu’s inauguration.

A Magistrate court in Zuba, Abuja has remanded Obiajulu Uja, a plane passenger who opposed the inauguration of the President-elect, Bola Tinubu.

Uja was bundled out of Ibom Air flight last Friday at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja enroute Lagos for saying that Tinubu will not be sworn in as president .

He was whisked away and detained. He was arraigned before the Zuba Magistrates’ Court in Abuja and remanded in prison custody.

Current matters learnt that Uja was slammed with charge of public nuisance, resistance to a lawful arrest, threatening violence, and conduct likely to cause a breach of peace contrary to sections 396, 267,188,172, and 144 of the Penal Code Law.
