A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Tuesday affirmed Victor Oye as the lawful National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA.
Delivering Judgement,Justice James Omotoso held that by the judgments of the Federal High Court, Court of Appeal and later Supreme Court, it was clear that Victor Oye is the legitimate National Chairman of the party.
The Judge held that Edozie Njoku , the other claimant was a meddlesome interloper in the suit seeking to reap where he did not sow.
The court berated CN Nwagwu,a legal practitioner for misleading the court and causing unnecessary waste of the judicial time .
The Judge said that Nwagwu failed to act as Minister in the temple of Justice adding that his conduct was unbecoming of a legal practitioner of his status.
