Three persons suspected to be political thugs have been reported killed in Gboko Local Government Area of Benue State.
It was gathered that the thugs invaded the polling units 026 and 004, Gboko South while electoral processes were ongoing and attempted to snatch ballot boxes and the Bimodal Voters Accreditation System, BVAS.
The thugs invaded the polling units and disrupted the election. Their attempt to snatch Ballot Boxes and BVAS were unsuccessful as they were gunned down by the military personnel on the spot.
