A Federal High Court sitting in Yola, the Adamawa State capital has nullified the All Progressives Congress APC governorship primary which produced Senator Aishatu Binani as candidate for the state.
The court on Friday ruled that there would be no candidate for the APC in Adamawa State for the 2023 elections but said there are windows open for appeal.
