The Osun Police Command has launched a manhunt for Ifeoluwa Bamidele,a housewife who allegedly set her husband,Bolu ablaze in Osogbo.
The Command’s Spokesperson,Yemisi Opalola who disclosed this in a statement in Osogbo said a report on attempted murder was lodged on Sunday night that ” one Bolu was allegedly set ablaze by his wife”
” The victim was rushed to the Osogbo Central Hospital where he was referred to the University College Hospita,, Ibadan ( UCH) for better treatment.
According to her,a case of attempted murder was reported at about 11:30 p.m on Sunday.
The PPRO said the police would ensure that Bamidele is arrested.
The woman allegedly committed the act after finding out her husband had a child out of wedlock.
She was said to have left a message on her Whatsapp saying that her husband pushed her to do it.
” Ive always been a calm girl and I have never done this in my life but( Teebam) her husband has pushed me to the edge.
” At this point y’all will weep over myself and him before daybreak lam promising y’all that “. She said.
