The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Tuesday submitted the names of Iduma Igariwe and Fred Udogwu as new Governor and Deputy Governor of Ebonyi State
This was known by the National Chairman of the PDP, Dr Iyiorcha Ayu during a media briefing.
The development followed the sack of the state Governor, Dave Umahi and his Deputy Kelechi Igwe by an Abuja High Court on Tuesday afternoon.
Justice Inyang Ekwo had in his judgement ordered that the Governor and his Deputy vacate their seats following their defection from the platform of the Party , Peoples Democratic Party PDP through which they were elected to the All Progressives Congress APC.
