Former Military Admistrator of Rivers State, Brigadier General Anthony Ukpo is dead.
Ukpo who was also an informer minister during the General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida regime reportedly died on Monday morning in a hospital following a protracted sickness.
Ukpo reportedly lost two of his siblings last week.
