
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency NDLEA has arrested a Nigerian woman based in Brazil for trafficking in illicit drugs.
The suspect ,Mrs Anita Ugochinyere Ogbonna was arrested on arrival at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja via a Qatar air from Sao Paulo Brazil through Doha
She was said to have concealed 100 pellets of cocaine in her handbag and inner wear.
On interrogation by operatives of the NDLEA,the suspect confessed to being a widow and mother of three who joined the illicit trade to enable her raise money to bury her father whose intermet is scheduled to hold on the 22nd of July in Imo state.
