Funeral arrangements of Mrs Comfort Nyengiwari Egerton have been announced.
According to a statement by the Chief Mourner, and son of the deceased, Precious T. Ibiene, there will be a Service of Songs on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at the All Souls Anglican Church, OSO- Ogu, Abuloma at 4.p.m.
The Statement said her remains would leave the Ashes to Ashes Mortuary on Saturday, April 10, 2021 for her residence at Wakama Compound,ATC, Okrika for lying- in- state,
It added that funeral service would hold at 10 .a.m at the St Peters Anglican Church, Okrika while internet follows immediately .
It further stated that a Thanksgiving in her honour has been slated for Sunday,April 11 at the St Peters Anglican Church, Okrika by 11. a .m.
Mama is survived by many children including Mrs Gladys Charles Ogan, lecturer at the University of Port Harcourt and wife of Sr Charles D.S Ogan, a Public Affairs Analyst and former Deputy General Manager,Media and Public Affairs , Total E& P Nigeria Ltd.
