Borno empowers local hunters to fight Boko Haram 

The Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum has empowered local hunters in Hawul Local Government Area of the state to fight Boko Haram terrorists.

Zulum represented by his Deputy,Umar Kadafur, while handing over eight Toyota Hilux vehicles and other equipments to the hunters and vigilante groups reaffirmed his constitutional duty of protecting the lives and property of the people.

He said his administration will not relent in ensuring the return of normalcy to the state and solicited the support of the people for security personnel in relation to credible information sharing.
