
A Federal High Court in Abuja has revoked the bail granted Faisal Maina,arraigned over alleged N58 million fraud
Faisal Maina is the son of Abdulrasheed Maina former,chairman of the defunct Pension Reform Team who is facing trial in absentia for allegations of money laundering to the tune of N2billion.
Maina and his son have refused to appear in court for trial, a deveopment which compelled the court to try him in absentia while the fate of his surety,Senator Ali Ndume,hangs in the balance.
At Tuesday’s hearing jn Abuja,The trial judge,Justice Okon Abang,revoked the bail of Faisal Maina for failing to appear in court and ordered his surety to appear in court at the next sitting
He adjourned the trial to November 25,2020.
