
The Inspection General of Police Mohammed Adamu,has disbanded the Special Anti-Robbery Squad SARS.
Adamu made this known in a telecast on Sunday.
The disbandment followed week of protests across the country and other parts of the world to demand the proscription of the Anti Robbery Squad over alleged brutality and killing of innocent Nigerians.
