
A Makurdi Magistrate Court has remanded a woman and gang leader,,Mary Jeremiah, of Ofoke Ojope, APA local government area of Benue State, for robbing a provision store with a locally made pistol and knife.
The suspect was charged with criminal consipracy and robbery by the police.
The Magistrate Erdoo Ter, objected the plea of the suspect for want of jurisdiction and ordered that she should be remanded in the Makurdi Correctional Center.
He then adjourned the case to October 22 for mention.
