Boko Haram and ISWAP have carried out their death sentence passed on some of their prisoners by executing them.
The execution it was gathered took place on Sallah day, July 31,2020.at about 10.30am in one of their locations close to Lake Chad.
According to reports, the Insurgents carried out the execution immediately after the Eid-el Kabir prayers on Friday at the Central Mosque in Toudon Woulgo
Those executed included an Islamic Scholar, known as Baa Masta,who preached in the Tumbus,two Nigerian soldiers and one John ‘identified as Igbo man who was abducted on suspicion of” looking like a spy”.
They were said to be subjected to the worst form of inhuman treatment before they were brutally murdered with knives and bled to death in the full glare of hundreds of Insurgents and little children.
The Jihadist had through their Chief Judge and his Council sentenced to death but promised to kill them after Sallah.
Before Sallah day”s execution, the Boko Haram and ISWAP had executed its top Commander Amir Baba Kaka and two of his lieutenants.,Amir Muhammed Lawal and Amir Musa over mistrust and lingering internal power struggles.
