A three story building under construction collapsed on Saturday morning in Dawaki, Gwari local government area of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja killing one person and injuring no fewer than 9 persons
An eyewitness account revealed that the building originally had a foundation of a bungalow before it was converted to a three story building
The eyewitness said that more 4 persons including the Mason were still trapped undegrround..
The owner of the building is said to own a lot of properties in the area which were built without specification resulting in collapse of other buildings linked to him .
Those wounded were rushed to the hospital and there has not been any official statement from the Bwari Local Government Council or the police in the Federal Capital Territory.
