The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC has arrested a 27 year old man for allegedly defiling a 3 year old baby in Nasarawa State.
Adam Yero, also accused of defiling 3 other minors was paraded on Wednesday by the NSCDC Deputy Commandant of the state command, Bisi Olugboyega.
Olugboyega said that the 3 months old baby was his 4th to be defiled in Adogi community of Lafia East Development Area where he lived with his victims. .
The suspect who spoke to Channels Television asked for mercy as he said he did not know what made him to commit the act.
Reacting to the arrest of the culprit, the baby’s mother, Maimuna Aliyu said the law should take its full course now that he has been arrested
The victim it was gathered has undergone 3 surgeries since the act was committed as a result of difficulty in passing stool
