
Abia State Government has given the Economic and Financial Crime Commission EFCC to remove all notices it placed on properties of the State government.
State Attorney General, and Commissioner for Justice, Chief Uche Ihediwa gave the ultimatum while briefing newsmen on EFCC sealing of properties allegedly connected to a former governor of the state.
Ihediwa has demanded the EFCC to tender unreserved apology to the state within 7 days in view of the incovience and embarrassment it has caused the state as failure to do so would force the state to seek legal action
