The Acting Managing Director Kemebradikumo Pondei had walked out of the panel last week saying that he would only appear when the panel chaired by Olubunmi Ojo is replaced as he being accused by the Commission ,should not be a Judge in his own case
The Deputy Chairman, House Committee on the NDDC, Thomas Ereyi-Tobi now presides over the hearing on the NDDC.
