Breaking:You can’t gather at Lekki Toll gate, Court orders Labour party, obi- dients. 

A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has ordered the Labour party and its supporters not to converge on the Lekki Toll Gate.

Justice Daniel Osiagor made the order while ruling on a motion for injuction brought by 10 plaintiffs who are asking the court to restrain, the Presidential Candidate of the Labour party,his Deputy, Yusuf Baba- Ahmed and their loyalists from holding the rally.

However, the Judge ruled that supporters of the party can only pass through the Toll Gate for its rally but not to converge there.

To this end, the Judge has directed the Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali Babs and the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Alabi to ensure compliance with the other.
