The All Progressives Congress (APC) has dissociated itself from alleged prices of expression of interest and nomination forms for the 2027 general elections, saying the party is yet to take a decision on sale and price for the forms.
In a statement issued by its National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the APC described the reports circulating online as false and misleading.
“The report is FAKE and did not emanate from the Party,” the statement said.
“To be clear, no decision or announcement has been made on the sale or pricing of forms for the 2027 elections. The report is a mere figment of the writer’s mischievous imagination.”
The clarification follows online speculation that the APC had fixed ₦200 million as the price for presidential nomination forms,N150million for Governorship forms and also listed prices for the National Assembly and State Assembly ahead of the 2027 elections.
However, the party insisted that no decision had been taken for any of its nomination forms for now.
It therefore advised party supporters and stakeholders to disregard the reports and rely only on official communications from the party for accurate information regarding future electoral preparations.
