The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Wednesday sent a former Minister of Power and Steel, Olu Agunloye, to Kuje Prison on charges of over $6billion fraud.
Earlier on Wednesday, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC had arraigned Agunloye before the court .
But, the former minister pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him.
However, the presiding judge, Justice Donatus Okorowo, ordered that Agunloye be remanded in the Kuje Correctional Center until bail is granted.
