The Court of Appeal on Thursday affirmed Lamidi Apapa as the national chairman of the Labour Party (LP).
The court’s decision follows a legal battle between Apapa and Julius Abure, who had been declared the LP chairman by an Appeal Court in July.
The court also ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to publish the names of all the candidates presented by the Apapa-led faction of the LP in the Imo, Kogi and Bayelsa State governorship elections.
