A High Court sitting in Port Harcourt presided over by Justice E.A Obile has nullified all the primary elections conducted by the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State.
This is the second time the APC will not field candidates in the general elections.
A faction of the APC loyal to the now gubernatorial candidate of the Social Democratic Party,SDP, Senator Magnus Abe had dragged the Amaechi faction to court over exclusion of aspirants in the party primaries..
One of the aggrieved aspirants who spoke to current matters cited poor leadership as the reason for the problems in the party
