The Police Command in Rivers State has officially charged ten out of the eighteen persons it arrested for alleged involvement in illegal oil refinery on the directive of the state Governor, Nyesom Wike.
They were arraigned before a magistrate court on Tuesday in Port Harcourt with a 2- count charge of fraud .
The suspects pleaded not guilty.
Chief Magistrate A. O. Amadi-Nna declined jurisdiction but remanded the suspects in the Port Harcourt Correctional Centre.
