The Lagos State Government has said that it would repeal the Public Office Holder , Payment of pension Act 2007 in the state.
If invalidated, former governors and their deputies will no longer enjoy pensions and other entitlements.
Governor, Babajide Sanwo-olu made the announcement on Tuesday while presenting 2021 budget to members of the state House of Assembly.
