No fewer than 16 persons have died in Air India Express plane crash on the South Eastern State of Kerala .
The plane was said to have skidded off the runway and broke into two while landing at the Kozhikode Calicut International Airport.
According to CV Anand Central Industrial Security Force’s Inspector General,,46 people are seriously injured.
The flight with, number Ix-1344, had 190 people on board,174 passengers,10 infants,2 pilots, and cabin crew
It was said to be flying in from Dubai to Kozhikode when it overshot the runway in rainy conditions and went down 35 feet before breaking up into two pieces.
